Privacy Notice for the GoldZino Guide

Published Updated

Last updated: 11 October 2026.
The one moment this guide meets your personal data is when you write to its editors. This notice follows that message from arrival to deletion, and it stays apart from GoldZino the casino, whose privacy terms are its own.

What happens if you send a message about your casino account?

We will read it, but we cannot act on it. We cannot see your GoldZino account, balance, bonus status or documents, so a request to release a payment or fix a bonus is something only GoldZino can handle, through its live chat or e-mail support. We will tell you so, and we keep the message only for as long as the retention period described below allows.

What data do we collect?

When you write to us, we receive your e-mail address, the name you choose to give, and whatever you put in the message. That is all the personal data we deliberately collect. We do not ask you to register, log in, or send documents, and we ask you not to send identity documents, card numbers or casino passwords to the editors under any circumstances; we cannot use them and do not want them.
When you load a page, the servers that deliver it process technical data such as your IP address and the type of browser. We do not use that data to identify individual readers.

Who decides what happens to your data?

The editorial team of the guide is the controller of the data described here. You can reach us at [email protected]. We are not the operator of GoldZino, Eventa Digital Limitada, and we have no access to any casino account.

Why do we use it, and on what basis?

We use a message to read it, answer it and, if it points to an error, correct the page. Under UK GDPR our basis is legitimate interests: running an accurate guide and answering the people who help us keep it accurate. If a message asks us to act on a legal right, for example erasure, we also use the data to meet our legal obligation to respond.
We do not use your e-mail address for marketing, and we do not add it to any list.

Who else sees it?

The providers that host the guide and handle its e-mail act on our instructions and process the data only to deliver those services. We do not sell personal data. If you follow a link from the guide to GoldZino, you leave this guide, and the data you type there, for sign-up, verification documents or payments, goes to the operator under its terms and not to us.

How long do we keep it?

We keep a message for as long as it takes to answer it and to record any correction it led to, and then delete it. A correction itself stays on the page; the personal data in the message that triggered it does not.

What are your rights?

Under UK GDPR you can ask to see the data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its use, and receive a copy of it in a portable form. Write to [email protected] and tell us what you are asking for. We will reply within one month, as the law requires.
If you are unhappy with the answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at https://ico.org.uk, or by phone on 0303 123 1113.

How do we protect it?

Access to the editorial mailbox is limited to the editors, and messages are not copied into public pages. No method of transmitting or storing data is perfectly secure, which is a further reason to keep sensitive material out of e-mail.

Is anything sent abroad?

Where a provider processes data outside the United Kingdom, we rely on the safeguards UK GDPR recognises, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses, rather than sending data without protection.

Does the guide use cookies?

Cookies are small files that a site stores in your browser. We do not use them to build advertising profiles of readers or to follow you to other sites. If that ever changes, this notice will say so first and, where the law requires it, we will ask for your consent before setting anything that is not strictly necessary. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.

Does anyone make decisions about you automatically?

No. A person reads each message. Nothing about you is scored, profiled or ranked, and no decision with legal or similar effect is made by software alone.

Is the guide meant for children?

No. This is a guide about gambling, written for adults; the minimum gambling age in Great Britain is 18. We do not mean to hear from anyone under that age. Should a message from a minor reach us, let us know and it will be deleted.

What if this notice changes?

When we change the way data is handled, we update this page and the date at the top. A change that affects your rights in a significant way will be reflected here before it applies.

How do you contact us about privacy?

Write to [email protected] with the word “Privacy” in the subject line. Say which right you want to use or what you are asking about, and from which e-mail address you wrote earlier, so that we can find the right message.
